Elmer Chester Billigmeier’s father was John, not Johann. John Billigmeier, Elmer’s oldest was born on 7/2/1940 at Ft. Lincoln, ND. His brother, James was born on 6/5/1942 in Little Rock, AK.
Question: I don’t recall ever meeting an Ulmer or hearing the name. What’s the connection.
