Larry John KRUEGER

Larry, twin brother to Garry, weighed only 3 lbs 13 oz. when he wasborn prematurely. He had to be fed with an eye dropper for his firstmonth of life as he was too weak to nurse. He lost his twin brotherwhen he was 2 1/2 months old. Larry never married. He was visitinghis brothers in California when he suffered a heart attack. Larrygrewup and attended school near Fredonia, North Dakota. He worked onthefamily farm until entering the U.S. Army in 1958. After hismilitarydischarge in 1960, he returned to the Fredonia area and workedvarious jobs. He later worked on a farm near Fredonia, for the HollySugarCo. in Hardin, Montana, and Hereford, Texas. For the past 20years he had lived in Wahpeton, North Dakota where he worked for theMinn-Dak Farmers Cooperative as a sugar boiler.
